powerful martial art that has its roots deep within the Shaolin
tradition. Choy Lee Fut was founded by a very proficient martial
artist by the name of Chan Heung Gung, in 1836. Our Sifu, Master Ng
Fu Hang, is the Great Great Grandson of Chan Heung.
